And then there were eight. Since we segmented all the podcasts into the four category quadrants, these matchups, in essence, can be considered the category championships. So who will be the best Up & Comer podcast? Best true crime? Best figurehead? Best audio drama? That’s for you to decide in Podcast Madness 2018.

In the Sweet 16 round we said goodbye to Welcome to Night Vale, My Thing Can Beat Your Thing, Criminal, Lore, and a few others. Stay tuned later this week for a full recap.

The rules are still in place, one vote per person per round. The voting will be open for one week and close on Sunday, March 11th at 7pm ET.

Here’s the schedule:

  • Elite Eight March 5-11
