Voting is pretty simple. Please fill out the form below. Vote for any category you’d like. There are no requirements to vote for every category, or any category you don’t care to.

Only one vote will be counted from any particular email, so take the time to make sure you are voting for the categories you’d like on the first go round.

And that’s basically it. The fun comes about when you share the voting with your friends, audience, colleagues, and your social media.
