EarBuds Podcast Collective: *Empowering Women*

How EarBuds Podcast Collective works:

Each week, a theme is chosen by one of our curators. That curator finds 5 podcast episodes (from anywhere!) to go along with that theme. Listen to these podcasts by clicking on the links above, through the RadioPublic app, or you can find (most of) them on your favorite podcast app (iTunes, Stitcher, Overcast…)

PODCAST CURATOR’S NAME: Kelsey + Kelsey, or as we’re known on our podcast, The Kitschy Kountdown, KA + KB.

WHY THIS THEME?: We’re huge champions for empowering women in whatever endeavor they’re in. Whether it’s in business, mental, or physical health, we’re cheerleaders for being the best version of yourself in everything you do!

SHAMELESS PROMO: At the Kitschy Kountdown, a podcast peppered with candor and humor that comes from being lifelong friends, we’re passionate about serving as a gathering place where women, in response to our range of thoughtful and trivial topics, can listen and say, “I thought I was the only one,” while sighing with relief that they’re not.

CROWDSOURCING QUESTION: What are some things that you can do to make you feel more empowered today?

HASHTAG FOR DISCUSSION: #EarBudsEmpower #EmpoweredWomenEmpowerWomen

Arielle Nissenblatt

Arielle is the founder and lead curator at EarBuds Podcast Collective, a listening movement started in January 2017. EarBuds sends out a weekly email with a theme and 5 podcast episodes on that theme, each week curated by a different person from within the Collective! Anyone can sign up to curate a list, as we hope that we'll explore topics that we wouldn't have come across on our own. We are expanding the movement, and we now produce and execute storytelling shows in cities throughout the U.S. on the theme *listening.*
