EarBuds Podcast Collective: *#StayNoisy*

How EarBuds Podcast Collective works: Each week, a theme is chosen by one of our curators. That curator finds 5 podcast episodes (from anywhere!) to go along with that theme. Listen to these podcasts by clicking on the links above, through the RadioPublic app, or you can find (most of) them on your favorite podcast app (iTunes, Stitcher, Overcast…)

PODCAST CURATOR’S NAME: Sarah Fain and Liz Craft, co-hosts of the podcast Happier In Hollywood and co-creators of the new ABC show “The Fix.”

WHY THIS THEME?: As a team of women writers, we know the value of amplifying women’s voices— and the noisier the better! We stole the motto #StayNoisy from our sister-in-podcasting, Satellite Sister Liz Dolan, who tells the story of her “noisy exit” in our first episode choice.

MONDAY: Satellite Sisters – Nobody puts Liz Dolan, Serena Williams, or American Pharoah in a Corner – 46 minutes

TUESDAY: Unladylike How to Tie the Knot – 50 minutes

WEDNESDAY: Bitch Sesh – Lena Dunham Just Got Into Reality TV – 81 minutes

THURSDAY: Call Your Girlfriend– Boss Ladies – 60 minutes

FRIDAY: Web of WMN – On Civic Engagement, Motherhood & Being a Democracy Ninja – 36 minutes

SHAMELESS PROMO: Our new TV show, The Fix, premieres Monday, March 18th on ABC! The Fix is a twisty, suspenseful legal thriller co-created by us and Marcia Clark, the woman who survived being at the center of a real-life trial-of-the-century storm. It’s part confessional, part revenge-fantasy— and (we hope) totally riveting.

HASHTAG FOR DISCUSSION:#StayNoisy

Arielle Nissenblatt

Arielle is the founder and lead curator at EarBuds Podcast Collective, a listening movement started in January 2017. EarBuds sends out a weekly email with a theme and 5 podcast episodes on that theme, each week curated by a different person from within the Collective! Anyone can sign up to curate a list, as we hope that we'll explore topics that we wouldn't have come across on our own. We are expanding the movement, and we now produce and execute storytelling shows in cities throughout the U.S. on the theme *listening.*
